Product: 22pcs Children’s Wooden Fruit and Vegetable Cutting Set with Magnets

Hazard: The product has has been identified as presenting a high risk of choking due to access to small parts.

Corrective action: OPSS is requiring the recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).

The product presents a high risk of choking as the orange, apple and strawberry produced small parts after abuse testing, which fit into a small parts cylinder. A young child may put a small part in its mouth and the parents may not notice in time, so the small part can block the child’s airways.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

OPSS is requiring the recall of the product from end users.

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
